Join Lydia and Skye in Edinburgh for a Plant Medicine Ceremony in Edinburgh at Arusha Gallery.
Together they will be working in union with the plant medicines of Sananga, Rapeh (sacred tobacco), Ceremonial Cacao + Wild Rose.
Together through ceremony will explore the energies of the masculine and feminine, seeking to integrate them harmoniously within ourselves.
Our intention is to cultivate inner harmony and unity while expanding our self awareness and consciousness, through connecting to the wisdom that lies within.
This journey involves uncovering dormant parts of our being by embracing discomfort, tuning our intuition and opening us to profound states of bliss.
This is a ceremony for your inner temple.
A space for you to use to alchemise anything that feels stagnant or blocked so you can open up space for healing and expansion.
Lydia will open with the indigenous plant medicine of Sananga eye drops to unlock the power of your third eye, to clear away limiting energies and open the gateway to inner clarity and insight. Connecting you back to your centre, your heart. Releasing fear, doubt or heavy energies that may be weighing on the mind.
She will then serve Rapèh to ground and cleanse, release stagnant energies and invite in a sense of profound clarity and presence.
These are both optional for people that are feeling called to receive. She will sing medicine chants and prayers to amplify the journey inward.

We explore the Feminine with Skye and Ceremonial Cacao + Wild Rose - a beautiful opening elixir that anchors our energy into heart, allows us to be receptive and in tune with our body and spirit, a playful and sensual energy that we will explore with ecstatic dance and a shamanic vision journey.
We end the ceremony with a sound bath and 1:1 energy work. Become cocooned by the healing vibrations of the Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and tuning forks.
We close with integration creative flow time, (healthy) cake and tea.
