A session that fuses elements of breath, body work & other somatic modalities to release physical tension, stagnancy and emotional blockages. Promoting and restoring a balanced and empowered state of well-being.

The session is tailored individually. We use tools from different holistic practices such as: meditative breathing, trauma led breathing, deep stretching, assisted asanas, rhythmic movement, trigger point therapy, thai massage elements, eft/light hypnosis and energy healing.

We observe and discuss what your body and reality is telling you.
What is showing up, how is it showing up..where can we restore balance ?

✨Individual price is £90. Duration 1.45mins

Group sessions of up to 4 with a duration of 2.5h-3h can be arranged at a lower price per person. ✨
