Relax ~ Release ~ Restore

Join Jo at Wild Indigo Sound Healing on Monday 1st September 2025.

As summer softens into Autumn, step into a sound healing session designed to ground your energy and cultivate inner stability. Through deep, earthy vibrations and resonant tones, this experience anchors the body, calms the mind, and reconnects you to a sense of safety and belonging. Let the healing sounds support you in releasing what no longer serves, so you can move forward with balance, rooted presence, and quiet strength.

Perfect for those new to Sound Healing as well as those Sound Bath enthusiasts.

A sound journey is 60-75 minutes of deep relaxation, lying down in Heart Rest Yoga Nidra, whilst bathing in the healing vibrations and frequencies of various sacred instruments. Such as Gongs, Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Frame Drum, Ocean Drum, Chimes and many more.

Allowing the sound to flow through you, taking you on a transformational journey of deep calm. A chance to feel rested, renewed and nurtured in order to find inner strength to self-heal and restore balance to the mind, body and soul.
