Sacred heart Cacao, Sufi meditation and sound immersion retreat.

Sally and I warmly welcome you to this wonderfully supportive, safe and loving space. We come together in circle to enjoy the delicious offering of Cacao. Sally lovingly creates a sweet, delicious and nourishing cacao offering. We will then guide you through a heart opening meditation before you get to experience and explore through mantra, Sufi mediation and ending the retreat by nesting and relaxing in to the sounds created by Sally and I. Our aim is always to offer you the very best of ourselves so you can be the very best of yourself.

Please bring something to make a nest, blanket, cushions, roll mat, warm socks etc.

Water will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
