Sacred Listening – A Safe Space for Sharing, Silence & Reflection

We live in a world of overwhelming information and constant stimulation from everywhere! Sometimes, that can become too much for the nervous system. And we might need someone to talk to, that would just listen, see and hear us, without any judgement. And in this world, community and connection are sometimes not so easy to come by.

Sometimes a stranger can hear and see us better than a loved one.

I offer deep listening sessions—no advice, just presence, gentle mirroring, and sacred attention. The sessions are 30 minutes, on Zoom, you don't even have to have your camera on if you feel like that would be too much for you.
