I feel nervous as this is the first event of this style I have been to?

I have got you, I will be creating a space that you can decide how much you choose to go into the practises. Your body is your guide and I will always celebrate your no.

What will the event include?

We will do meditation, breath-work, movement, rage and love practises, sharing. It will be a curated space for you to feel the deepest feeling and come back to love and safety (this is my desire).

A space for you to create safety for your rage, so often our rage is suppressed as its the less digestable emotion and we opt for sadness and this can be met with empathy. I see this in myself and in other women I work with. When we supress an emotion it often shows up in our shadow.

This will be a space for your rage to be met with love and presence, this rewires our nervous system that this shadow part of us is safe to be.

This is shadow work and well as nervous system healing. It will be deep and powerful.

The event will consist of different practises to guide you into yoru rage and the depth of the love you have within you too, there will be space for rest, integration and your voice to be heard.

We will also practise embodied movement, breathwork and some journalling too.

If you are just stepping your toe into this work or you have been in it for years this event is for you.
