Izzy is a mother of 4, Wellness Mentor, Essential Oil Expert ,Cacao Carrier, Qi Gong teacher and Energy Medicine Practitoner.

Her journey to wellness was born out of a lifetime of struggling with debilitating anxiety and depression. She believes that there is no separation between mind, body and spirit.

Izzy has a deep desire to create change and community. Her vision is to create a community of women who believe in themselves, their innate power and their ability to heal themselves. She empowers women sharing her knowledge of qi gong, essential oils, energy medicine, meditation and selfcare tips. Izzy is on a quest to support women to feel true vibrancy in their lives. She holds regular womens circles, retreats and educational workshops online and across the UK.
