Yes of course, but i recommend keeping it light. Laying down on a full stomach isn't very comfortable.

Not at all ! - You don't need to have done anything like this before. You'll be gently guided and supported the whole way.

What if I'm running late?

We start promptly at 14:00, so please arrive early so we can start together and drop in as a group. If you're late for when the Spinal Energetics starts I'm afraid we wont be able to let you in.

What shall I wear?

Wear something comfortable that you can relax and move in - layers can be good to bring in case your temperature drops.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a blanket, and a bottle of water. If you’d like, you’re also welcome to bring a crystal or any small item that feels supportive to have nearby.

Will I have to speak or share in the group?

There's an opportunity to share using the 'talking bowl' but you're never pressured to speak. You're welcome to just be present and witness.
