As the Autumn Equinox arrives, we gather as community to celebrate rhythm, balance, and connection 🌍✨.
We begin with a drum circle and heart songs, opening the evening in unity. Together we flow into collective rhythm sessions, jamming, moving, and getting joyfully lost in rhythm celebrating the cycles of the earth and the rhythms of life.
🌙 The Science of Entrainment
When we drum together, our brainwaves and heartbeats synchronize in a process called entrainment. Science shows that rhythm naturally shifts us into deeper states of calm, presence, and connection. In this shared pulse, we return to the ancient language of community, friendship, and togetherness.
The evening then guides us into a drum meditation, before closing with a deep gong bath. We are blessed to be joined by Antz from Sacred Sound Sangha, offering his crystalline frequencies to carry us into harmony and renewal.
