With the turning of the seasons, we invite you to the Song House to participate in our Sacred Seasonal offering. As part of our Wheel of the Year series, we are hosting a special weekend, exploring the themes of Samhain, Deep and Sacred Ecology and the relevance of these for our modern times.

Samhain is a special season, the turning of the year towards rich depth. We will mark this shift with practices deeply rooted in Nature Connection, learning modules centred around Spiritual Ecology and Deep Ecology, and practices to explore resilience and restore relationship to place.

Our participation in and with this world matters. In a world that is rapidly shifting and changing, we will delve deeper into that living relationship. We will explore a world of seasons and cycles, of animas and mystery, a world that offers itself to us at every turn.

For those who know that a deeper way of living and being is not only possible, but indeed necessary – join us!

Traditionally, our ancestors marked the turning of each phase of the year. This marking of passages helps to ground us in the here and now, and offers a pause for us to gather and reflect. Samhain was considered the beginning of the yearly cycle, with its descent into the darker half of the year. The wisdom of our ancestors recognised that all life begins in the dark, and so this time was marked by rituals of celebration to welcome this potent time of year.

We invite you around the Song House fire as we collectively mark these times, and experience the power of community and tradition in celebrating life in all its realness.

We are delighted to be able to offer a blended approach to these celebrations, with residential places on offer for those who wish to avail of an experiential weekend of connective practices.

We will live stream our Spiritual and Deep Ecology learning modules, as well as our Ceremonial Community Celebrations. You can opt in for either or both of these remotely.

Whether you decide to join us physically or virtually around the Song House fire, all are welcome, regardless of age, background, ability or orientation.

Schedule to be announced soon. For expressions of interest, please email

Please see for booking a place for the physical event. Tickets bought on Eventbrite are for online elements only.

This weekend is hosted by Jenny O’Hare. Jenny is a Deep Ecologist and facilitator, trained in the modalities of Eco-Therapy and Spiritual Ecology. She is passionate about re-igniting the connection between people and the rest of the living world. Guest contributors to be announced.
