🌟 *Join Me for Sacred Shapes Class!* 🌟

For those who have followed my journey over the last few months, you may know that I traveled to Thailand to learn mystical dance. While I’m no expert, I’ve returned with incredible teachings that I can’t wait to share with you!


My first class will focus on *Sacred Shapes*—these movements are the foundations of belly dancing, but they go beyond just dance. It’s about reconnecting with our bodies, unlocking the tension and rigidity that modern life has created within us.


During my first class, I experienced pure joy, and as the weeks went on, my body began to flow in ways that reawakened my connection to my body and feminine energy like never before.


These moves are for everyone—whether you identify as male, female, or anything in between. They will awaken your body and allow vital life force energy to flow to areas that may have felt restricted.


And let’s not forget the fun! I love wearing fancy dresses, but feel free to come dressed in whatever makes you feel good.


This class operates on a *donation basis*—it’s mostly for me! Since returning, I haven’t practiced as much as I could, so this class is my commitment to myself. What better way to practice than by sharing it with others and basking in the joy we create together?


🗓 *When:* Saturday 22nd November, 10:00 - 11:30 AM

✨ *What to Expect:* A warm-up, cool-down, and perhaps a lovely meditation at the end, depending on the group’s energy.

Energy Exchange – This class is FREE to attend, but if you feel called to offer a donation or small gift in gratitude, it’s warmly appreciated. ✨

Here’s how to find the venue:Canterbury Yoga Studio, Summer Hill, Harbledown, CT2 8NH

Follow the narrow entrance just off the A2050 on your left-hand side, park up and follow the gravel drive and you’ll see the wooden studio to the left of the house.

PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINS BEFORE THE START TIME
