Yes. This sound bath requires you to lie down and be as comfortable as possible. I advise everyone to bring their own yoga mat, blanket and pillow to ensure the best ecperience.

Yes. Sheepfold Stables have multiple food and drink vendors which will be available to you before and after the sound bathing event.

Can I drive after this immersive sound bath?

Yes. Sound bathing induces a deep state of relaxation for a time. But measures are taken to appropriately reawaken your senses after the meditation.
