🧘 No prior meditation or sound healing experience needed—just come as you are. Mats and blankets provided

🌿 Perfect for anyone seeking a mid-year energetic reboot.

A sound journey is 60-75 minutes of deep relaxation, lying down in Heart Rest Yoga Nidra, whilst bathing in the healing vibrations and frequencies of various sacred instruments. Such as the Gong, Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Frame Drum, Ocean Drum, Chimes and many more.

Allowing the sound to flow through you, taking you on a transformational journey of deep calm. A chance to feel rested, renewed and nurtured in order to find inner strength to self-heal and restore balance in the mind, body & soul.

7pm - 8.15pm Sacred Sound followed by 15 minutes for grounding, herbal tea and re-connecting before home. Please arrive 10minutes before the event so we can start promptly and maintain a restful healing space for all.

What is provided:

Padded yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow. Herbal tea and grounding snack for re-connection after the soundscape.

You will need to bring:

Extra blankets, a pillow/cushion, yoga bolster or padding to support under the knees. A bottle of water, and anything else to make you feel comfortable (hot water bottle/thick socks)

* Important Note ~ this event is not advisable for people who have the following contraindications: - Epilepsy (specifically sound induced)- Pregnant (particularly 1st trimester)- Suffer from severe mental health issues (e.g. psychosis)*

What do I need to bring?

Please bring anything to make you more comfortable. An extra yoga mat/padding to lay on, extra blankets or duvet, bottle of water, pillow/cushion, warm and comfy clothes.

What will it involve?

Lay down or we can arrange a seat for you. Close your eyes and just relax. Allow the different sounds from a range of beautiful instruments to take you on a calming and relaxing journey. All you need to do is lay back, and enjoy the magic of the sounds.

What is provided?

Padded Yoga Mat - Blanket - Eye Pillow - Herbal Tea - Grounding Snack. A safe and calming space will be held whilst I play multiple instruments including my voice to offer you various sounds, vibrations and frequencies to find inner peace and strength to self-heal.

Is there parking?

A small car park next to Priors Marston Village Hall and parking on roadside.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds for any cancellations made over 7 days before the event. (minus Eventbrite fees)
