Under ARRA — the sound and music thread of Golden Weave of Sound & Silence — we gather in a gentle and heartful space to restore, resonate, and reconnect.
This evening we open our voices and our ears to the living current of sound — through song, tone, and vibration. Together, we weave a field of harmony and presence: an invitation to both sing and be sung to, to give and receive through the power of music and the resonance of the gongs.

With guided singing, gentle instrumental soundscapes, and spacious moments of stillness, this is not a “sound journey” to drift away on, but a collective experience — a living song of connection.

The Medicine of Singing & Sound

Sound has long been a bridge between body, heart, and spirit. Singing awakens our breath, regulates our nervous system, and opens us to joy. When we sing together, our heartbeats and brainwaves begin to synchronise — reminding us that we are not separate, but part of one shared vibration.

In this circle, there’s no performance — only participation. Whether you hum softly or sing freely, your voice belongs. Through song and sound, we remember balance, presence, and the simple grace of being attuned.
