This retreat is suitable for anyone who feels they are ready to dive deep into their shadow to come out lighter and brighter. We’ll be spending time in nature as the retreat centre in 10 minutes inland from L'Ametlla de Mar.

This retreat is a time to use nature to look at the inner child and adult and with the aid of ceremony in nature, hypnosis, and holistic therapies, allow ourselves to open up to our full beauty and naturalness. To learn how to retrain our brains into positive chatter.

Women when they come together to be heard and co empower each other, create an amazing potential for growth both individually and collectively. At this time in our evolution, we need to own our power.

Louise Clarke

My holistic therapy journey began in the year 2000. I qualified in Reflexology, massage, and anatomy and physiology. I am also a qualified aromatherapist and Reiki Master, I have a qualification in talking therapies and for the past 8 years I have been, and continue to be an apprentice on the Deer Tribe Sweet Medicine Sundance Path, which is a shamanic path of healing. My passion is to help women to access their own inner healer.

Lorraine Keeling

Lorraine achieved her Diploma in Creative Hypnotherapy in 2010 after studying with the Northern College of Creative Hypnotherapy at Tameside Hospital. Since then, she has increased her holistic therapy skills by becoming a Reiki, EFT and NLP Master. Most recently she has become a Q-RIT Master Practitioner (Quantum Regression Integration Therapy). Lorraine has been hosting and co-hosting workshops and retreats in the UK and abroad for over 10 years, and enjoys seeing the change in people when they overcome fear and self doubt and make positive changes in their lives.
