Sacred Union: A 3-Part Soul Activation Journey (Online)

A transformational workshop series for singles and couples ready to deepen connection, awaken aliveness and explore the depths of their spiritual beings through body, breath, and soul.

Join us across one, two or THREE powerful online workshops - all designed to take you on a journey through intuition, shadow work and sacred devotion. These workshops carefully blend heart-led tantric principles, shamanic guidance, meditation journeying and somatic experiencing - for a deeply profound journey towards soul liberation.

As always, you will be met with love, acceptance and celebration for the incredible unique human being that you are.

Each workshop is 2 hours long and includes:

Before each workshop, you will receive a detailed email with what to bring/prepare ahead of the session(s).

🕊️ Part 1: The Temple of Boundaries, Intuition & Surrender - 31st August, 3-5PM (BST).Establish deep safety and embodied trust. Awaken your YES and your NO, activate your intuition, and surrender into presence. Includes sharing circles, energetic boundary practices, gentle breath work, embodied surrender and somatic movement/release.

🔥 Part 2: The Temple of Shadow, Release & Transmutation - 21st September, 3-5PM (BST).Meet your shadow with compassion. Shed shame, fear, cut ancestral cords and outdated stories - and transmute them into your greatest support & power. We’ll journey through cathartic release, visualised fire ritual, journaling, and soul compassion - liberating your truth, light and life force.

💗 Part 3: The Temple of Devotion, Play & Sacred Union - 12th October, 3-5PM (BST).Return home to the heart. Explore community, reverence, sacred connection and playful archetype expression. Experience the divine meeting of inner child and higher-self, as well as the masculine and feminine energies within. Devotion, dance, anointing, and embodied love.
