Join us for an intimate and soul-nourishing evening of connection, reflection, and release in the sacred container of sisterhood.
This circle is a sanctuary — a loving, supportive space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, soften into your body, and be witnessed in your truth. Together, we’ll journey through gentle guided visualisation, embodied movement, soul-stirring journal prompts, and heartfelt sharing. You are invited to arrive just as you are — no performance, no pressure — simply your beautiful, raw, present self.
What you'll need:
🌿 Any comfort items to support sitting ie a yoga matt or bolster — limited cushions and chairs are available at the venue should you need them.
📓 Journal and pen
✨ Optional: an offering for the altar, crystals, oracle cards, candle or any sacred items that you would like to place on the sacred alter
🧣 A blanket or eye mask for comfort during visualisations
This is an inclusive and spiritual space — open to women of all faiths, backgrounds, and identities. Whether you're deeply connected to a spiritual path or simply curious to explore your inner world, you are warmly welcomed.
