Join us for an intimate and soul-nourishing evening of connection, reflection, and release in the sacred container of sisterhood.

This circle is a sanctuary — a loving, supportive space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, soften into your body, and be witnessed in your truth. Together, we’ll journey through gentle guided visualisation, embodied movement, soul-stirring journal prompts, and heartfelt sharing. You are invited to arrive just as you are — no performance, no pressure — simply your beautiful, raw, present self.

What you'll need:
🌿 Any comfort items to support sitting ie a yoga matt or bolster — cushions and chairs are available at the venue
📓 Journal and pen
✨ Optional: an altar, crystals, oracle cards, incense, or any sacred items that you would like to place on the sared alter
🧣 A blanket or eye mask for comfort during visualisation

This is an inclusive and spiritual space — open to women of all faiths, backgrounds, and identities. Whether you're deeply connected to a spiritual path or simply curious to explore your inner world, you are warmly welcomed.

Together, we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and remember: you are never alone on this journey. There is great power in being seen, heard, and held.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this circle for?

This space is open to all women (including non-binary and gender-diverse people who feel aligned with the experience of womanhood) who are seeking soulful connection, self-exploration, and a supportive community. No previous experience is necessary — just come as you are.

What happens in a women’s circle?

Every circle is unique, but you can expect a nurturing blend of guided visualisation, gentle movement, journaling, and open-hearted sharing. It’s a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be held in the presence of others. There is no pressure to speak — your presence is enough.

Do I need to prepare or bring anything?

Just bring a journal and pen, a blanket or scarf for comfort, and (if you wish) a small item for our shared altar — something personally meaningful like a crystal, flower, or card. Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax and move freely.

Is this space inclusive and welcoming to everyone?

Yes. This circle is a loving, inclusive space that honours women of all ages, ethnicities, faiths, body types, sexual orientations, and life experiences. You are deeply welcome here.

I’m nervous and not sure what to expect — is that okay?

Absolutely. It’s completely normal to feel a little unsure before entering a new space. You’ll be warmly welcomed and gently guided throughout. There’s no need to perform or be anyone but yourself.

Can I come alone?

Yes — many women attend alone, and deep connections are often formed within the circle. You’ll be met with kindness and care.

What if I don’t want to share?

Sharing is always optional. You’ll never be put on the spot. Your quiet presence is powerful, and you’ll be honoured wherever you are in your journey.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Due to the intimate nature of the event, tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or a future event if you're unable to attend. Please let me know in advance if you do so.

s the venue accessible?

The Upper Gallery space is accessed via a flight of stairs so this circle is not currently wheelchair accessible. Toilets and refreshments are available on the Upper Gallery.
