Description

JAG Fitness sessions are designed around various forms of training methods, combined to provide continuous FAT BURNING which will keep you burning calories faster and for longer. I want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!

PLEASE NOTE: The boot camp will take place inside 'PLANT' if the weather does not permit use of the outside area

Here is what's included:

We have combined many fun structured workouts that will burn up to 1000 calories in only 45 minutes; the design will allow you to continue burning calories for the rest of the day even after your workout!!! All fitness levels and experience are welcome.

FAQs

How long does boot camp last?

Each session will last 45 minutes, ensure you arrive early to benefit from the full session


How late can I turn up?

you have to be in the session by 7:25am or you will not be allowed entry


How many people will be in a sesion?

There will be a maximum of 20 people in each session


Are there any changing rooms or showers?

There will be some toilet facilities and a small changing area based in the 'plant' which is situated where the boot camp will be held.

How fit do I need to be?

JAG boot camps are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. The instructor is great at adapting all workouts to ensure that everyone works at their own intensity and never feel out of place

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is workout gear e.g trainers, leggings, shorts and a positive attitude.



Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, all you need is your confirmation email
