Join us online for this session which will provide an overview of NHS Talking Therapies Services, and the psychological interventions offered across the Bi-borough including:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Counselling
Couples Therapy for Depression
Mindfulness
Support for Mental Health and Chronic Health Conditions
Trauma-informed approaches including Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing
Personalised care options

We will also cover specialised support for different patient groups, service delivery through 1:1 sessions, group work, couple work and both remote and in-person formats.

We will guide you through the referral process for both professionals and self-referrals and explain how referrals are triaged and outline the next steps including treatment length and support intensity.

Additionally, we'll discuss Safeguarding, particularly Domestic Violence, Pathways, Signposting, and responsibilities related to disclosures involving children and individuals in Positions of Trust.

You will also hear from people with lived experience about the positive impact of these services.
