When individuals feel empowered to share their ideas without fear of judgment, the result is a culture that not only supports individual wellbeing but drives high-performing teams.
In this session we’ll explore:
- Brain Science of Psychological Safety: Understand how the brain reacts to threats and rewards in work settings.
- What makes us tick?: Identify the six domains that are important to the brain using the ABL S.A.F.E.T.Y. (trademarked) model and consider yours: Security, Autonomy, Fairness, Esteem, Trust, and Your own unique traits.
- Develop a “Safety Net” - Self-Regulation Techniques:
Review preventative and reactive strategies to manage emotional responses and maintain brain health. - Importance of Supportive Spaces:
