Welcome to Safe Talk!

Come join us at St Swithun's Community Centre, for an event focused on promoting mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Our goal is to create a safe space where you can openly discuss your feelings and experiences. Through interactive workshops and discussions, you'll learn how to recognize signs of distress in yourself and others, as well as how to provide support.

Whether you're struggling with your own mental health or want to help a loved one, Safe Talk is here to equip you with the tools and knowledge you need. Let's break the stigma surrounding mental health together!
