P LEASE NOTE: You have to have a current Safeguarding 1 certificate to attend this workshop
This course will assist the Club Children’s Officer to carry out their roles and responsibilities and support the implementation of best practice within their Club. Participants will receive a Club Children’s Officer Action Planning document as part of this training.
A person appointed as the Club Children’s Officer must have a current Safeguarding 1 (Child Welfare & Protection Basic Awareness workshop) certificate prior to completing this online workshop.
*Participants must be over 18 years of age & have completed Safeguarding 1 training (in date) to attend this workshop & have completed their
*Certification is awarded by Sport Ireland via SPORT 80 on completion of this workshop. All registration details must be completed for attendance & certification.
PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE THE WORKSHOP IN FULL (3 HOURS) FOR CERTIFICATION. Participants should participate in the worskhop in a quiet space, away from all distrations.
