An online workshop for Personal Assistants covering Safeguarding Adults
About this event
Surrey Independent Living Council (SILC) is a charity with nearly 25 years' experience in supporting disabled people. This online workshop is run by SILC's experienced training provider, Prima Cura Training. It meets Standard 10 Care Certificate.
This course gives an understanding of adult harm and staff responsibilities in respect of reporting known or suspected harm. The session includes:
- Current legislation including Multi Agency Procedures and the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers and Adult Social Care Workers in England
- Independent Safeguarding Authority
