CYP First (Andy & Helen) are two passionate Child Exploitation specialists who have been working within the Child Exploitation arena for over 25 years. Helen is the previous CEO of a Child Exploitation charity and has worked operationally for 20 years with children who have been abused through sexual exploitation and criminal exploitation / trafficking. Andy is an "Ofsted" rated Outstanding Registered Manager of  Childrens Homes and a CSE specialist, trainer and previous Operational Manager of a Child Exploitation Prevention team.

Here at CYP First, we make sure that the voice of the child and our work life experiences are reflected in our training.

The rights of the child and their voice will be at the centre of all we deliver and our passion for changing practices will be evident in our delivery.
