Safeguarding students is a vital role of all staff members and important to ensure there is consistency in approach when working as an agency staff member, albeit across a range of roles and schools.

The session is to raise awareness of the statutory guidance of the DfE ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education ’ and to increase confidence in the daily practical responsibilities of staff in their commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of all students.

Open to all candidates it is an opportunity to discuss:

· school policies and procedures
