Insight Academy courses are delivered by Expert Citizens CIC and are designed as supportive, person-centred learning experiences. By booking a place, you agree to our key booking terms. Each online ticket is for one person only, and connections must not be shared. If the Delegate named on the booking can no longer attend, your organisation is welcome to substitute another Delegate at no extra cost, provided you let us know at least twenty-four hours before the session begins.
If you need to cancel, please contact us in writing. Cancellations made less than thirty-six hours before the course start time are non-refundable, as our delivery and preparation costs will already have been committed. Earlier cancellations may be eligible for a refund or a transfer, depending on circumstances.
In the rare event that Expert Citizens CIC needs to postpone or cancel a course, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of fees paid. Our full Terms & Conditions explain how we manage bookings, cancellations, payments, substitutions, online access, and the respectful learning environment we strive to create.
