The Leadership module is a requirement for all those who have any leadership responsibility in the church. Two online sessions.
All those with Bishop’s licence (Clergy, readers and Lay Ministers), Churchwardens, and many others who hold positions of leadership in work with children, young people or adults who may be at risk or are vulnerable must complete this course. The Leadership module is a mixture of reading and preparation work, two ‘Zoom’ sessions, and some Review and Evaluation work. Due to the current level of demand for those required to attend this level of training their role, we do not have capacity for those who are not required to complete this to book onto it.
The Sessions for this course are Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 June, both 1.30-3pm.
This course is for Clergy and members of Church of England communities in the Diocese of Derby. Please do not book if you do not fall into these groups.
