Can I complete Part B prior to completing Part A?

No. You must complete the 2 parts of the course in order. Please ensure that you book the 2 sessions with this in mind.

What is the Zoom login code?

The Zoom login code will be sent to you with the pre-course information email. It will also be sent via Eventbrite 2 days before the course and again 2 hours before the course. If you have not received it please check your spam / junk folder.

Question 3

When will I receive the pre-course reading and workbook?

Accepted Answer

All of the course information, including the  Participant workbook, case study for Part B and evaluation form will be sent  by email  3 weeks prior to your Part A session. (except where the course date is in the first three weeks of January when it will be received 2 weeks prior to the course).

Question 4

How will I know that I have completed the course?

Once you have attended both sessions, Part A and Part B, you will need to complete and return the Evaluation to safeguarding@bristoldiocese.org. Once we have received this and signed off your training, you will receive your certificate of completion from the safeguarding team.

Question 5

Can more than one person access the course via one device?

Accepted Answer

In order to get the most out of the course and to facilitate small group discussions, we ask participants to join the online course using an independent laptop/tablet/phone rather than sharing a device with others.
