The Leadership Pathway is about leadership and cultural change. Churchwardens are required to attend this course as they play a lead role in shaping the culture of their Church body.
This training course is split into two online sessions on Thursday 9th & 16th May 2024, both commencing at 6.30pm and lasting 90 minutes. You only need to make this one booking to secure both dates.
Attendance at both, along with completion of all related tasks is essential in order to be issued with a certificate providing safeguarding accreditation for a period of three years.
Further information will be issued to delegates three weeks prior to the course date. This will include pre-course work that will need to be completed and returned prior to commencement of the course.
Please note- If you are attending a Leadership course for the first time it is a requirement that you complete both online Safeguarding Basic and Foundation courses beforehand. These can be accessed here.
