About this event

This seminar is designed to equip stakeholders with a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities in safeguarding within the workplace, enabling them to take proactive steps to protect individuals and uphold their duty of care.

A key focus will be on safeguarding principles and contextualised safeguarding, exploring how risks can arise and how employers can respond appropriately. The seminar will also reinforce the message that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility - not just the role of designated staff - highlighting the need for a shared culture of vigilance, professional curiosity and accountability.
