This is a TSDS informed workshop.

During this workshop we consider what is Safer Care?  What can you do when you are preparing for a placement and whilst a child is with you to help protect the foster child, yourself and others in your family and community from abuse or allegations?  We look what should be included in a carer’s individual safer care plans and how they work in practice.

We explore the emotional concerns and practical strategies.
