It is a legal requirement that any organisation which works with children or adults at risk has safer recruitment policies and procedures in place both for paid staff and volunteers.
This training will outline these requirements and support organisations to develop practical solutions so that they can develop these systems within their own organisation.
Suitable for anyone responsible for making decisions and/or implementing safeguarding policies and procedures within your organisation.
