If you participate in the recruitment and employment of individuals working with children, legislation says that you must attend training on safer recruitment.

The Early Years Alliance is committed to prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child. Our commitment to safer recruitment practices ensures that settings attract and select only the most suitable individuals to join their team. In this course we will be looking in depth at safer recruitment practises.
