This event is suitable for anyone who is involved in the recruitment process from senior staff, to LGC members and Trust Directors.
The session will be jointly led by the Amanda (Trust DSL) and Jo (HR Director) and cover everything from why we recruit safely, the Trust policy and process for safer recruitment and multiple 'what if' scenarios. We also discuss the recruitment of volunteers and touch on the process for the management of allegations against adults. Attendees will receive a certificate of participation.
