Safety Refresher (ST)
Required by all roles with appointments (except SAS members and exec members), every 5 years
This renews and updates the Safety training received initially in module 1 then in module 17 or LMS (managers) in more detail. It revisits the safety policy and what your role is. It gives you practical skills to manage safety to increase your confidence in delivering great scouting safely.
On the day

Aim to arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself time to register and have a drink and start to get to know everyone.

CHARGING POLICY: All courses are free for Dorset scouts adult volunteers. However, your district will be charged if you do not attend, charges are £10 - £40 depending on the course. If you are from another county and wish to book, please email to discuss.
