Fresh from Japan, we will be tasting Cowboy Yamahai Junmai Gingo from the Shiokawa Sake Brewing Co.

Produced to pair with meat dishes exclusively, Chisou's chefs will be creating a mouth watering Wagyu steak burger for each guest to enjoy as we sample this awesome Nihon-Shu.
