Increasingly. the value of a business sits not in its plant and machinery, its computers and buildings but in the knowledge and skils of its employees and the way these are organised.
This session looks at a number of issues around knowledge management and how this apparently abstract concept can be used to improve company performance.
It will cover:
- Culture, language and the importance of signals
- Explicit and tacit knowledge and their role in creating value
- Building revenues without selling
- Protecting the knowledge asset during a business sale
The Masterclass will last around two hours with questions and be of interest to business owners and their advisers.
