During this half day session, we will show you selling in action and give you an insight into the 11 skill sets that make up professional selling skills.

We know you cannot learn to swim by watching someone else. With this in mind, we will equip you with both the knowledge and practical skills needed to show the client how they may benefit from your products or services. In doing so, you could add commercial value to their business in today’s challenging times.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

1. Identify why a client’s Needs may be misunderstood or ignored - we show you the difference between Needs and Buying Criteria

2. Explain why the word ‘Benefit’ is the most misunderstood word in the world of selling

3. Leave with a plan of how to improve your selling skills

This interactive session will show you how the skills you’ve always had could be leveraged in different ways. There are no new fancy concepts or complicated processes, just tried and tested techniques.
