Selling for Non-Sales People
(Or Why Would an Inuit Want to Buy a Fridge?)
Whatever job we do these days, we’re almost inevitably involved in the process of selling our services. It’s not always what we thought we’d signed up for, and it can be daunting.
This presentation helps to show that it’s not that scary and to provide reassurance, dispel myths and offer some practical tips, while being light in tone.
We’ll look at stereotypes, talk about listening and questioning, tackle some negatives and NOT do any role-plays.
