This is a repeat of our popular Sales training workshop, originally delivered in December 2020. The workshop is a joint initiative between People Power and leading training provider Dale Carnegie.

Attend this free, 2 hours session for expert advice and practical tips to help you build better business development relationships and boost your sales performance.

The session will cover:

Connection, building trust and credibility – think past the ££££ and take a genuine interest in your prospects, mindsets for creating meaningful, beneficial connections, tailoring messages so they are warm, relevant and specific, understanding your customer's/prospect’s industry, telling applicable stories, and developing a credibility statement.

Seeing the bigger picture with great questions – illuminate wider goals, strategy and objectives with appropriate, relevant, natural questions, listen for deeper motives, identify internal and external barriers to take positive steps forward.

Presenting your solution remotely – best practices for powerful digital communication, presenting with gravitas, energy and enthusiasm, leveraging digital channels for dynamic presentations, connecting your solution with customer objectives.

Objections and closing the sale – removing unconscious pressure in our language, pre-planning for specific objections to build confidence, understanding objections as a powerful opportunity for trust and credibility, understanding ‘closing’ in a client friendly way, examples of different types of sales close.
