Have you ever been responsible for organising a sales department, yet find it difficult to stay in control of your customers and function? You'll be amazed to know that you're not alone. Why? Inspired by our flagship Sales Directors' Programme, this taster event is led by Programme Director, Dr Rodrigo Guesalaga. He'll discuss the strategic dilemmas of sales leaders, with an emphasis in how to align short-term actions with long term goals. You'll be led through an interactive session, looking at your own organisation's challenges in achieving this alignment and exchanging ideas with people working in different sectors.
