Who's the course for?

This two-part intensive course is unmissable for both new and experienced sales managers who are under pressure to deliver results and are searching for the very latest sales knowledge.


What will you learn?

You'll get familiar with modern techniques that are guaranteed to give you the edge in today's competitive market, and you'll perfect your interpersonal and sales skills to help you close the trickiest of deals and significantly improve your team's performance.

  • Part one on Tuesday 21 May will include discussion on how to develop a high performance team, why we train and how we measure success; a tutor led clinic on skills and techniques; learning styles questionnaires; performance management; and personal action plans.

  • Part two on Tuesday 25 June will build on part one and include case studies and role play; discussion on leadership, coaching and mentoring; communication and team roles; the theory and application of motivation; and sales management interviews.


Ticket Information

The cost for both days is heavily subsidised at only £349+VAT (PLASA member rate), including all refreshments and lunch, plus handouts and worksheets. Non-members who wish to attend pay a competitive rate of £449+VAT.

There are only nine places available to allow for a supportive and personalised approach.

Who is our trainer?

With a varied career encompassing a number of senior managerial and consultancy roles, Alan Pepper established Kingsway Training Limited in 2004 and is now responsible for all sales and marketing for the business, as well as consultancy and training. The company specialises in delivering tailor-made sales training and management development.
