Sales Management Training

PLASA launches training for members with an Introduction to Sales Management - a two-part intensive course taking place on 14th March and 25th April.
Who would benefit?: New sales managers responsible for developing a sales team or more experienced sales managers for a refresh in knowledge and tactics.
The aim of the course is to significantly improve your team's sales performance by developing and understanding sales and people skills, and learn techniques and procedures that work in today's very competitive market.
Part one: This will be held on 14th March and will include delegate discussion, trainer input, questionnaires, case studies and role play.
Part two: This will be held on 25th April and will build on the learning and knowledge from part one and includes coaching, mentoring, an action grid review and a personal action plan.
The cost for both days is heavily subsidised at only £210+VAT and this incudes all refreshments and lunch, plus handouts and worksheets.
There is a maximum of nine places available to allow for a supportive, personalised approach for each attendee.
Your Trainer: With a varied career encompassing a number of senior managerial and consultancy roles, Alan Pepper established Kingsway Training Limited in 2004 and is now responsible for all sales and marketing for the business, as well as consultancy and training. The company specialises in delivering tailor-made sales training and management development.
