This is a practical workshop to help sellers use Sales Navigator to engage prospects, manage their time and get better results. You'll learn the features, how to deploy them and how to identify the best prospect on the platform.

Is this training I can get from LinkedIn?

No. This is sales training with Sales Navigator. This is how to deploy the features into a process so you can achieve success. It's not just a tutorial of how features work.

Do I need Sales Navigator to attend?

We recommend you having it as the workshop is interactive. If you are not sure if Sales Navigator is right for your organisation, this workshop will give you answers as to how and if you should implement it.

Isn’t Sales Navigator just a directory?

It really isn't. Sellers who use Sales Navigator features in their sales process can spend less time on outreach and more time in conversations with prospects. Sellers who adopt LinkedIn get higher response rates and close more deal.

I sell to large enterprises, is this relevant for me?

Yes - Sales Navigator isn't really a tool for selling to small organisations or low cost services. Where is exceeds itself is in large complex deals, where there are influencers, stakeholders and decision makers who need to be onboard for a deal to close.

Who is the trainer?

Dean Seddon is a Social Selling expert, who has trained more than 500 companies since 2017 in using Sales Navigator as part of their sales process. He's also spoken at LinkedIn's own events on how to leverage the platform.

Will this workshop discuss automation and CRM integration?

We won't get into technical details, but we will discuss automation and CRM integration and the challenges, opportunities, risks and benefits.

What’s the refund policy?

30+ days before the event: Full refund of the ticket price (minus Eventbrite fees, which are non-refundable). 22-29 days before the event: 50% refund of the ticket price (minus Eventbrite fees).21 days or less before the event: No refunds will be issued. (see Ticket Transfers)

Can I transfer my ticket?

In lieu of a refund, you may request to transfer your ticket to a future event (either at a different date or location). Transfers are considered on an individual basis and must be requested at least 14 days before the event. All transfers are subject to availability.
