16:30 - How to implement your plan
- Presenting your products/services on suitable online platforms
- How to make the most of eBay, Amazon, Facebook etc. Including your own website
- How to get people to buy from your shop(s)
- Integrating social media into the strategy

About your host:
Dr Katherine Bean PhD is the author of B•PRIME: Master the Sales Process - 10 Steps to a Professional and Effective Money-Making Machine and an international conference speaker. She creates custom sales systems and provides insight and understanding into the sales process to her clients. While teaching MBA at university, she researched sales motivation and compensation. Developing new frameworks for both.
Her practical insight helps clients gain more customers, sell more of their products and services, all for a higher average selling price (ASP). This coupled with her tips of the trade, eliminates common pitfalls, whether through implementing the correct CRM systems, and tying in with the marketing activities. She works with a range of business sizes from sole traders right through to large companies in a wide range of sectors. Her experience and unique approach to sales and the practical implementation of these techniques into businesses helps her clients grow.
