This workshop has been developed to help individuals who are new to a sales role, as well as those who wish to update their sales skills. You will learn the importance of understanding your buyer, how to understand what they are looking for from you, and how to present your product and/or service so that the customer understands the value.
The workshop includes:-
- Understanding why customers buy and how they like to be treated
- Learn the importance of good questioning techniques and how to create them
- Learn how to communicate the value of your product or service
- How to close the sales that achieve your objectives
You will leave this workshop understanding the sales process, be able to implement it in your daily role.
