Drawing on his extensive commercial background leading high-performing sales teams, Peter will share how the skills that drive business success are now essential for today’s corporate fundraisers. In a competitive landscape, we need to sell with purpose — by aligning with a company’s commercial priorities, addressing real business pain, and proving the value of partnership.
Peter’s message is clear: we are all salespeople — and that’s a strength. To secure game-changing partnerships, fundraisers must apply commercial techniques to demonstrate value, build trust with decision-makers, and maintain momentum through to securing the deal.
In his energising talk, Peter will combine sales expertise with Remarkable Partnerships’ charity insight to deliver a powerful call to action: think commercially, communicate strategically, and close with confidence.
You’ll leave with a fresh perspective, renewed confidence, and practical ideas you can apply straight away to build stronger, more valuable partnerships.
Peter is an award-winning corporate and charity partnerships specialist with an MA in Corporate Social Responsibility. At global firms including Sony, Thomson Reuters, and Reed Elsevier, he built high-value, purpose-driven partnerships with brands like Google, BBC, and KPMG. His commercial impact was recognised with top sales honours at both Sony and Thomson Reuters, where he was named Salesperson of the Year.
Peter’s approach delivers results — he now helps charities demonstrate the value they bring to businesses, build trust with key decision-makers, and drive momentum to secure lasting, strategic partnerships.
Peter is passionate about creating strategic charity and corporate partnerships that deliver both impact and measurable business value.
