Join London & Partners Business Growth Programme and Collider to a workshop to help you to answer a common question on everyone’s lips: How do you retain and upsell to your customers? This session will cover just that, as well as the end-to-end sales process, best practice, tips and tricks.

Session outline: An interactive session, the first half will be dedicated to building out your sales toolkit. Working in groups with fellow startups, you’ll build out your optimal sales process, from lead generation, qualification, initial meetings all the way down to closing. We want to know what tools and techniques you use to support this process, and how you overcome challenges you face along the way. Once you’ve built out your process, each group will feedback, with our expert trainer asking questions to really unpick what you’ve built and your startup peers providing their thoughts. You’ll come away with an end to end process, from finding to selling to your customers. The second half of the session will be dedicated to retaining that customer once you’ve closed the deal. You’ll build an understand of what customer success truly is, how it differs from traditional account management, how to incorporate it into your business, and how to measure the success of your efforts.

Rose has decades of experience in Sales and has coached dozens of startups; Adam has over 10 years of experience in Customer Success and has built out Customer Success functions on behalf of startups.
