Salisbury International Coaching Week (ICW) is a HYBRID event: both in-person in Salisbury UK and simultaneously live on zoom.
Salisbury ICW is sponsored by the International Coaching Federation – UK Chapter.
All our events are FREE.
Your ticket covers all the sessions for that day.
You are welcome to drop in and out during the day.
Salisbury International Coaching Week (ICW) is for:

Each day of Salisbury ICW has a theme:
9 May 2022 (Monday) – INSPIRATION
How coaching helps people to maximise their personal and professional potential.
Our Keynote speaker, Nell Derick Debevoise (from New York USA), will inspire you with her talk on, 'Purpose Drives Performance in the Me, We and World Dimensions'
10 May 2022 (Tuesday) - WELLBEING AND RESILIENCE
How coaching helps people to make empowered choices to support their health and wellbeing, and cope with the pressures of work and life.
11 May 2022 (Wednesday) - BUSINESS AND LEADERSHIP
How leaders in organisations at all levels could benefit from business and leadership coaching that includes sharing knowledge and strategies.
Our social event is this evening (11 May 2022), 20.00-22.00 hrs at the New Inn, 41-43 New St, Salisbury, SP1 2PH.
12 May 2022 (Thursday)- TAKING COACHING TO THE NEXT LEVEL
How to make more of coaching and how to get more out of coaching.
Refreshments and Lunch
Coffee, tea and our famous chocolate brownies will be available at very reasonable rates. Please bring change (coins) as we are cash only.
The cafe we used for lunches in previous years has recently closed so please bring your own lunch. Cuppa soups will be available as a back-up.

Professional and Ethical Standards, and Safeguarding
All our speakers and 1:1 coaches are vetted to ensure appropriate professional standards covering: competence, ethics, insurance, data protection and safeguarding. Any professional, ethical or safeguarding issues arising should be raised to the Organiser (Ross Nichols) without delay. (info@transitiontransformers.co.uk)
Individual (1:1) Coaching Sessions
1:1 coaching/NLP ‘taster’ sessions (30 mins) are available each day at 15.00-15.30 and 15.30-16.00 (UK timings) at Riverside Ho and on zoom.
These sessions are confidential and take place in separate break-out rooms to ensure privacy.
Book Exchange
As coaches, we love our coaching books! Bring your surplus coaching/personal development books to swap or choose from our collection in exchange for a small donation to Alabare.
Donations to Alabare
Salisbury ICW 2022 is hosted by Salisbury-based charity Alabare. In recognition of the excellent work they do with the homeless and those on the margins of society, I invite everyone attending Salisbury ICW to consider making a donation direct to Alabare.

Ross Nichols is the organiser of Salisbury International Coaching Week since 2016.
My coaching style is Transpersonal, working with values, energy, vitality and spirit. I am drawn to working with my clients’ shadow side, where I believe the learning and healing is to be found. My strengths are my experience, empathy and intuition.
