Chefs Gary Stewart and Rob Curley bring you a unique supperclub experience inspired by superb local produce And all as part of the annual Salmon and Whiskey festival curated by the Causeway Coast and Glens council Events Team. Expect bold flavours , tantalising surprises and bold creativity. Innovative cooking has become a hallmark of these collaborative events and the chefs plan to carry on this tradition. There will be a deep respect for the bounty of the Causeway region and a tip of the hat to salmon and Whiskey.
